YOU MUST AGREE TO THIS E-SIGN DISCLOSURE AND CONSENT TO USE KAFENE’S SERVICES.

This E-Sign Disclosure and Consent (this “E-Sign Consent”) applies to all products and services offered by Kafene, Inc. (hereinafter “we,” “us,” “our,” or “Kafene”), including, without limitation, our lease to own services(our “Services”).

By using our Services, you agree to this E-Sign Consent and confirm that you consent to (i) communications with us relating to our Services, including disclosures, notices, information, and other forms of communication(collectively, “Communications”) electronically, (ii) transact with our Services by using electronic forms of disclosures, records, contract and other documents (“Records and Documents”), and (iii) the use of electronic signatures with respect to your use of our Services.‍

1. Scope of Consent. This E-Sign Consent applies to interactions concerning you and us, and includes such interactions engaged on any computer, electronic device, mobile device, including phones, smart-phones, fax machines, and tablets. By accepting this E-Sign Consent, we will process your information and interact during online interactions with you relating to our Services electronically.‍

2. Option for Paper or Non-Electronic Records. You may request any Records and Documents in paper copy by logging in and printing a paper copy. You may also mail us your written request to us at 115West 27th Street, 5th Floor, New York, NY 10001 or by emailing [email protected]. We will provide paper copies at no charge. We will retain all Records and Documents as applicable law requires.‍

3. Hardware and Software Requirements. Before you can use our Services electronically, you must have the required hardware and software capabilities described below.

• To access and retain the Records and Documents electronically, you will need to use the following computer software and hardware: compatible computer or other device capable of accessing the internet and an internet browser software program that supports at least 128 bit encryption, such as Google Chrome, Microsoft® Internet Explorer, Safari, Netscape ® or Mozilla Firefox®.
• To view Records and Documents, you may need a PDF file reader such as Adobe® Acrobat ReaderXpdf ® or Foxit®.

If the foregoing requirements change while you are maintaining an active relationship with us, and the change creates a material risk that you may not be able to receive Records and Documents electronically, we will notify you of these changes. You will need a printer or a long-term storage device, such as your computer's disk drive, to retain a copy of the Records and Documents for future reference. 4. Withdrawing Consent. You may withdraw this E-Sign Consent at any time and at no charge.However, if you withdraw this E-Sign Consent, your access and use of our Services may terminate. If at anytime you wish to withdraw this E-Sign Consent, you can send us your written request by mail to our address,with the details of such request. If you decide to withdraw this E-Sign Consent, the withdrawal will not affect thelegal effectiveness, validity, and enforceability of prior electronic Records and Documents.

5. Change to Your Contact Information. You are responsible for providing us with true, accurate andcomplete contact information and to maintain and promptly update any changes to that information. 6. Consent. By using our Services, you asset to this E-Sign Consent, acknowledge that you can accessthe Records and Documents, and give your affirmative consent to (i) receive Communication electronically, (ii)transact with our Services by using electronic Records and Documents, and (iii) the use of electronic signatureswith respect to your use of our Services. You further agree that your computer or other device satisfies thehardware and software requirements specified above and that you have provided us with a current contactinformation to which we can send you electronic Records and Documents.
